Another restaurant in the Fifties, close to Route 66: The following photo was taken at the end of the that decade. It shows the "Fleetwood Restaurant"in Springfield, IL. Lucky us, this card shows more of the parked cars in front of the restaurant than from the building itself!
You find this in extra large size here, so you can virtually walk through the parking space!
There is one Oldsmobile in the first, another one in the second row!

The following card advertises a hotel in New York City in the mid-fifties.
What makes this card of course interesting is the Caddy seen in full view on front. But I doubt that the photographer wanted to advertise flashy Cadillacs in those days. He probably didn't do a very good job advertising the hotel Tudor, though...
